Terms & Conditions

  • Booking & Deposit
    Your booking is confirmed once you have selected your date and paid the required deposit. Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

  • Groups of 8 or More
    A deposit of $400 is required. Final guest numbers, dietary requirements, and full payment must be provided at least 7 days prior to your event.

  • Duration of Sittings
    Standard sittings are 2 hours. For groups of 8 or more, sittings are 2.5 hours. Please note that late arrivals will reduce your allocated time, as sittings cannot be extended.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    • No-shows or reductions in guest numbers on the day are non-refundable, and catering will be provided for the originally booked number of guests.

    • Refunds or date changes are available only with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Decorations
    Guests are welcome to bring decorations. Setup may begin up to 30 minutes prior to your booking, provided the space is available and not still in use.
